Mr. William Paladino

                                                                            Assistant Principal / Athletics

With the re-structure of the high school administration, I will be transitioning out of the Athletic Office and into the Main Office.  I look forward to the new responsibilities and challenges that come with my new position.

Having gone through the school system as a student, then becoming a Physical Education Teacher at the high school for over thirty years and now an Assistant Principal for the past four years, I feel I am more than well prepared to meet all of my new challenges head on.

Not only will this be a transitional year for me, but it will be a transitional year for students in grade ten as well.  No longer a “new kid” in the high school and not yet an “upperclassman”.  It will be one of my responsibilities to assist these students in all aspects of high school life so that they may be successful in this process.

Our collective goal at Hackensack High School is to create teaching and learning environments that engage ALL students, foster achievement and cultivate the skills needed to compete, connect and collaborate in a global society.  To this end, we strive to prepare ALL of our students as 21st century thinkers, workers and leaders.

Best of luck to the Class of 2012 and to ALL of our students and staff.

Mr. William Paladino, Jr.

Assistant Principal for the Class of 2012
